All of Iasity's Commercial Audio/Video installations start and finish in the same way. Regardless of size of contract, building or price, we need to personally see the venue. It's important to offer the correct design/equipment advice. Just to be able to stand in a room gives us the aura and atmosphere of what the building is capable of producing. Ultimately, what equipment is required to create an exceptional Commercial Audio and/or Video system.

During this initial Commercial Audio/Video system installations meeting, we discuss what the venue will be used for. As well as how best to keep an eye on future-proofing the system. This is very important to all those involved. It ensures our customer’s investment is protected against changes in the industry and new technology, which is crucial.

After this initial meeting, a fully-detailed quote is supplied with a clear component placement design, so as each customer will have a clear plan, moving forward. Once agreed, a full schedule of works will be issued. This includes a work timeline, generated to fit within the customer's current venue usage commitments.

Once the sound and/or video system installation is complete, the contract will be signed off on and fully handed over to the customer. At this point, a full warranty with Iasity begins. Regular follow-up maintenance contracts are available, at an extra cost, for all newly installed systems  and for customers with preexisting sound system installations.
